Pisco Sour

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Pisco Capel (Depending on the Pisco from Peru or Chile, adjust ingredient amount to your preference).
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters
Ice

Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white. Secure the top and shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass and top with drops of bitters.
