St Augustine
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon Cointreau
superfine sugar
1 lemon zest twist, to decorate
Ice

1 teaspoon Cointreau

Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the rum, grapefruit juice, and Cointreau. Secure the top and shake vigorously. Frost the rim of a glass by dipping it into water, then pressing it into the sugar. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
